Although sheep outnumber residents in the valley, the area covered by the Community Council is suprisingly large. The boundary extends from the top of the Horseshoe Pass in the north to Pentrefelin in the south. In the east it includes part of Sun Bank, near Trevor, and extends to Rhewl in the west. It also includes the Panorama, Pentredwr, Abbey Dingle, Llandynan, Eglwyseg and Llidiart Annie.
